Community Involvement

The Payroll Department, Inc. is a great place to work. Just ask anyone who works here. I mean it: ask them. And a primary reason is because we get to help people with one of the most important tasks of any business or organization - paying their employees. And when we're not working, we may be with our families, in our wilderness or participating in our community.

And community is who we are. We raise our families here, we play in softball leagues, hike, play ultimate, mountain bike, road bike, and engage with our fellow passengers as we travel through this life. We contribute to many different organizations because in some way they help shape our Four Corners World.

• We are a founding member of "LOCAL" of Durango, Colorado, because we believe that local decision makers reflect who we are and what we are about.
• Each year we provide major sponsorship to the Fort Lewis Community Concert Hall.
• We are also proud underwriters of KSUT and we provide donations to many local non-profits.
• As a benefit to working here, we provide for a day off with pay to any employee who wants to assist a non-profit.

In addition we work with many 501(c)3 organizations and either reduce their cost of payroll or contribute to their organization. These include:
